Shipping Guidelines
Once you submit your batch, check your email for your invoice and shipping information. Print the invoice and include it with your package.
Once the package is marked as delivered we will pick it up, process it, and make payment via Deluxe eChecks or PayPal within five business days. If any invoice deductions are necessary, we will provide a detailed note with the payment.
IMPORTANT: The shipping address for consoles & controllers batches is different from games & handhelds batches!
You must include a printed version of the itemized invoice included in the email for processing of your order.
